Right of withdrawal

In the event that the signing of a purchase contract takes place outside the business premises, the sale in question is to be considered subject to the right of withdrawal. The legislation of reference is Legislative Decree 206/05 (read the text is available by clicking here, which provides for the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal (with the exception of RT Telematic Recorders for which they are subject to taxation).
In this case, therefore, remote purchases are made via telephone or via the Internet whether they are delivered at home or picked up at the company's headquarters or at a point of presence in the area.

To whom does it apply:
To natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their business. Are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, purchases made by retailers and / or holders of VAT and by companies.

What is it about:
The consumer has the right, within 10 working days from receipt of the goods, to exercise the Right of Withdrawal. This right consists of the right to return the purchased good to the seller and the consequent refund of the purchase price.
The right of withdrawal includes the following conditions: the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is therefore not possible to exercise partial withdrawal on part of the product purchased (eg: accessories).

What excludes:
The right does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware), or open (or with an abrusted warranty seal) and where the Original packaging is missing. Finally, pursuant to the law, the right of withdrawal is in no way applicable to open software, and to products purchased by holders of VAT numbers and by companies.

How to exercise it:
The communication of expressing the will to withdraw from the purchase must be communicated within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the goods, and the request can be anticipated by e-mail.
Send the completed RMA form by e-mail: info@so2.it.
Wait for the email to be received by our staff with the RMA number assigned to you. Send the goods to PORTO FRANCO (at your expense) via any courier.

Carefully pack the materials in order to protect the products from any damage, apply a label with a clearly visible address and return the return authorization number (RMA) to the outside of the casing in a clearly visible position.

Customer refund:
If the above procedure is performed correctly, So2.it s.r.l.s. will, within 30 days of receipt of the registered letter of withdrawal order and of course the goods, to credit the customer with the amount paid by bank transfer, excluding shipping costs (where for these we mean the transport costs for the return of the good and therefore to the transport costs from the buyer's premises to the seller's).
The only costs due by the consumer and / or buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185 are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender
